A collection of Silent Hill 3 inspired materials created purely with Substance Designer.
For this project I wanted to take a less customizable and more game ready approach to material creation, also attempting to do similar work to what Bloober Team did when recreating Silent Hill 2 for the remake. The materials are all based off iconic textures found in different sections of the Otherworld in the PS2 release of one of my favorite horror games.
This was also my first attempt at a Trim Sheet in Substance Designer, which was a fun challenge to work the original texture ideas around. Overall I'm pretty proud of the final result, let me know what you think!
